It's a '62 concept that sat on the shelf until Studebaker collapsed, but it's worth note that apart from minor fiddly issues like that this thing appears to have been ready for primetime. They cared enough to make it a driver, and it's got the MY63-adopted/sort of required orange signals...

it certainly had alot of unique features on a ho-hum roofline, although that rear roof pillar and the execution into the trunk line screams Quattroporte III to me, about 20 years early.

yeah I am looking at it from other angles and you are correct. Just didn't photograph well in that shot
